The Royal Liver Building is based on the Pier Head, Liverpool Waterfront L3 1HU. There is limited on-street parking around the attraction, however we are serviced by a range of public and private car parks across the waterfront and city centre.

Where is the entrance?
The main entrance to the attraction is located in the courtyard of the building, just off Canada Boulevard, L3 1HU.

The time slot allocated, is the time of tour itself, we recommend that all guests arrive 15 minutes before their allotted time slot.
Do I need to pre-book my tickets?
Tours run subject to demand and on some days a full tour schedule may not operate. With limited capacity and high demand, during peak times all tours may be sold out well in advance so we highly recommend booking your tickets online as soon as you know your visit dates.

Requests to change the date of your visit must be made no later than 72 hours before the visitor centre opens on the date of your booking. Any potential new dates are subject to availability. The potential new date must be within 3 months of the original booking date and tickets cannot be exchanged again.
